Hanna Ribble
Hanna is a sweet girl who is full of energy and lights up the room when she enters. She loves to dance and loves animals. Her smile is infectious and she knows no stranger. She loves her light up “cowgirl” boots and gets many compliments on them.
Hanna was born with Down Syndrome. She was being raised by her grandparents but with their loss she has had to adjust to having a new home. Hanna is very much a young lady and she is learning many new responsibilities both at home and in school. Hanna is currently attending school and working in a cafeteria at a college through her school program. Hanna has learned so many new skills to help her with an assisted living program and a job in the future.
Hanna has lost over sixty pounds by eating healthy and being more active. She will tell you that her new mom “works my butt off” and that her favorite job is working alongside mom in the barn shoveling “horse poop.” Hanna has also learned to put her clothes away, make her bed, carry a purse, wear jewelry and take care of many of her needs. She is happiest when she accomplishes something new and is being praised.
